Data Analysis: Help-Desk System, University of Tehran

BI1I have started working on a project which aims to develop a business intelligence tool that manages data of Information Technology Services Support System (Help-Desk) of University of Tehran. This project is offered by The Center of Information Technology and Cyberspace (CITC), University of Tehran. Generally, the purpose of the project is to organize data and represent information in easy to understand reports. The information that is provided can be used to highlight deficiencies and to identify through root cause analysis the top issues that need to be improved.
